All Dream Olivia items are made using delicate, baby-soft yarns. We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with a mild wool-safe detergent. Gently reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or wring, as this may damage the fibres.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only if an item arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
